dude, you can order them from anywhere for 450. shipping will probably be about 50 bucks..i'd think 450 shipped for the new hood would be a fair deal for you both..revhard..check out www.bodykitsnw.com i think that's the right addy..if you don't get this hood that is..they guy there..his name is andy..is really cool. they make really good quality cf hoods..they actually make real hoods instead of the one piece molded crap. check out their website..

About the fuse blowing:

That fuse feeds a few different things....
Main relay + fuel pump, Charging light, ELD unit (in main fuse block), Alternator terminal for regulator, Air boost control seloniod, and one other seloniod too. I bet it's either a wire around the intake manifold that is shorted or one of the selonoids. Try unpluging them and see if it helps. I will bring home a book with some diagrams tonight...see if we can't fix this.

i would like to find someone that would trade me a hood for my type r cams or my 2k si wheels and tires. but i guess if i am going to spend that much i would rather have a jdm front end they are $650 plus shipping and i like the way they look.
